Hide/Disable to select theme option from the Site settings in SharePoint 2010 from all the users except for Site Collection Administrators

Issue:

Today I came through a requirement to Hide/Disable to select theme option from the Site settings in SharePoint 2010 from all the users except for Site Collection Administrators

Resolution:

From the Central administration --> Select the web application -->Click on the UserPermissions --> Uncheck the checkbox from the permissions list.

Apply Themes and Borders  -  Apply a theme or borders to the entire Web site. 

Apply Style Sheets  -  Apply a style sheet (.CSS file) to the Web site.  

Click Save.

Now except Site Collection Administrators all other users wont see the options to set theme.

Advantage with this method :

If the user who is having full control knows the URL http://us-bos-vwb917:786/sites/Test/_layouts/themeweb.aspx  address also , they will get the Access Denied Error.
